Q: What if I'm not happy with my notepad?
A: I want every Creating Options notepad to bring joy. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me at hello@creatingoptionsshop.com within 14 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Q: What if my product is damaged in shipping?
A: If your notepad arrives damaged, please email me right away at hello@creatingoptionsshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I’ll make sure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible, so your Creating Options experience stays positive and joyful.
